The Modern Times expansion makes the game ALOT better in my opinion. Tropico 4 looks like Tropico 3, with slightly better graphics, a few better game features that make the game more fun, and seems a bit more 'polished' than 3. The most popular versions among the program users are 1.6, 1.5 and 1.3. This is by far the best Tropico out there. Tropico 4 works fine with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11.
